[Responsibilities]
- Lead end-to-end supply chain operations including inventory, logistics, and distribution management
- Manage and optimize 3PL/4PL partners and logistics service providers
- Lead demand planning and S&OP processes across the country
- Ensure accuracy of inventory and supply data in SAP and planning systems
- Identify and resolve supply issues through cross-functional collaboration
- Monitor logistics costs and drive cost optimization initiatives
- Manage Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes including order processing and master data
- Oversee monthly closing activities for inventory and sales
- Ensure compliance with GDP/GWP and local regulatory requirements
- Track and manage logistics vendor performance (KPIs)
- Handle reverse logistics and product return processes
- Manage importation, customs clearance, and distribution operations
- Improve demand forecast accuracy and analyze sales data
- Communicate with distributors, wholesalers, and internal stakeholders
- Support new product launches and supply planning
- Drive SOP improvements and digital transformation initiatives

[Qualifications]
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of supply chain experience, including at least 3 years in the pharmaceutical industry
- Experience with SAP and demand planning tools
- Strong experience in inventory and logistics operations
- Solid business acumen and supply chain strategy understanding
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and external partners
- Knowledge of pharmaceutical regulations (e.g., GDP)
- Fluent in Korean and English (written and spoken)

[Preferred Qualifications]
- Professional certification or advanced training in Supply Chain/Logistics
- Experience in leading projects or teams
- Experience in GMP/GDP/ISO environments
- Experience working across multiple regions or global teams
- Experience in new product launches
- Experience with data analytics and BI tools
- Proven track record in cost optimization and process improvement

[근무조건]
- 근무형태: 맨파워코리아 소속 파견계약직 1년 
- 급여조건: 신입의 경우 회사내규, 경력직의 경우 경력 및 최종연봉에 따른 차등 지급 , 급여 上
- 근무위치: 서울시 강남구 (양재역 인근)
- 근무요일: 주5일(월~금)
