Job Summary

This role is a hands-on individual contributor position responsible for operating cost, inventory, and asset control processes at site level. The role focuses on monitoring data accuracy, executing control procedures, and preparing factual analysis related to cost, inventory, and asset movements.
This position supports the Finance manager by providing reliable data and documentation for operational reviews and specific ad-hoc requests within its defined scope.

Location: Bundang office (Primary work location may change based on business needs)

1. Cost control Monitoring & Analysis
- Prepare monthly cost trend analysis and cost monitoring reports
- Identify data inconsistencies and coordinate follow up actions with relevant functions.
- Support Finance manager by providing structured cost data and variance analysis-
- Monitor cost fluctuations and escalate exceptions to the Finance manager

2. Inventory control
- Coordinate and support inventory stock count processes Consolidate stock count results and prepare discrepancy analysis reports.
- Monitor inventory adjustments in SAP to ensure accuracy and proper documentation
- Follow up with site and SCM teams on inventory discrepancies
- Support continuous improvement of inventory accuracy and data integrity

3. Asset control
- Support physical verification of assets and reconciliation with SAP records.
- Maintain asset verification records related to asset verification activities.

4. Audit & Ad-hoc support
- Support local audits, internal reviews, and ad-hoc requests by preparing factual data and supporting documentation
- Compile and organize data related to cost, inventory and asset process upon request
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to collect requested information under the guidance of the Finance manager

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
• At least 7-10+ years’ work experience demonstrating the aptitude and knowledge required for financial accounting, reporting and statutory compliance in line with IFRS;
• Proficient with ERP and other financial software (SAP strongly preferred, Oracle, NAV, Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets);
• Excellent analytical and conceptual thinking skills;
• Fluent in English & Korean (verbal and written);
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills, and strong interpersonal skills;
• Experience creating detailed reports and giving presentations;
• Autonomous and able to work with cross functional teams;
• Commitment to uncompromising accuracy in data management;
• Ability to commute to the Hwaseong or Sejong site at least once or twice per week
