Customs Clearance
• Ensure flawless import handling (including FTA, Country of origin) closely working with customs broker in time
• Support customs audit
Inventory Management
• Take ownership to ensure stock accuracy and accountability for Teleflex Medical stock availability in Distribution Centre (DC) assigned under his/her charge.
• Assist supply/demand Planner in regard to Korea inventory to safeguard assets and insure internal and external customer demands are economically met.
• Work with Sales & Marketing to minimize inventory obsolescence within the country.
• Ensure domestic deliveries are meeting all customer requirements.
• Collaborate with Finance, QA, Regulatory and other internal stakeholders to develop and ensure sufficient warehouse storage capacity & resources of 3PL DC.
• Perform weekly/monthly reconciliation of inventories, including identification and resolution of all discrepancies and setup action plans accordingly if needed.
Logistics & Distribution
• To plan, ensure implementation, continuous improvement of service & operational processes.
• Ensure the import and export processes needed to compliantly and effectively move goods and components from the ASIA/US/Europe and across the regions are in place.
• Optimize inbound, outbound material flow and delivery processes to customers
• Relationship and contractual management with 3PL warehouse providers
• Maintain and monitor Service Level Agreements with warehousing and transportation partners.
• Support the implementation of Corporate strategy for the continuous improvement of logistics services within South Korea, standardization of internal KPI and measurements with a common reporting structure, and the identification and development of people and capabilities
• Responsible for monthly closing cost from 3PL DC, Customs brokerage and other vendors.
Others
• Responsible to drive towards cost saving and service excellence, for on-time delivery, and exercise sound cost control for the Korea L&D.
• Support on local/regional ad hoc projects
• Regular reports of local & regional (KPI, inbound damage report and so on)

• Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent) from university with major coursework in Supply Chain or
Operations Management or Business
• 3-10 years of experience in Inventory management, Customs Clearance and logistics with 3PL DC
• Good command of English
• Working knowledge of medical device or pharmaceuticals importation, customs, regulatory and
freight forwarders will be a plus
• Excellent computer skills with experience on MS Office, SAP is a plus
