Endoscope Repair Technicians (신입-경력 3년 이내/정규직)
Role Summary
Key Responsibilities
- Perform detailed inspections, diagnostics, and repairs on flexible and rigid endoscopes, using specialized tools, equipment, and documentation.
- Document repair findings, parts used, and final test results accurately in the ERP-based service management system.
- Provide feedback to the Inspection team to help improve the quality of inspections and the accuracy of data records.
- Ensure all repairs comply with internal quality standards, OEM guidelines, and applicable regulatory requirements.
- Conduct functional and visual testing of endoscopes both after repair and at intermediate repair steps, including leak testing, angulation, light transmission, and image quality checks.
- Collaborate with quality control and engineering teams on complex repairs and root cause investigations.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and ESD-compliant work environment in accordance with safety and hygiene standards.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by providing feedback on recurring failure modes or process inefficiencies.
- Participate in technical training programs and stay up to date with new repair techniques and product changes.
Requirements
- Completed vocational training or technical degree (e.g., precision mechanics, electronics, mechatronics, or similar).
- Experience in fine mechanical or electronic repair work, ideally in the medical device industry.
- Strong attention to detail, manual dexterity, and ability to work with microscopes and small instruments.
- Ability to read and follow technical drawings, manuals, and repair instructions.
- Basic PC skills for documentation and data entry.
- Commitment to quality, safety, and regulatory compliance.
- Fluency in English skills are a plus.
