Role and Responsibility:

• Download and organize daily stock reports.
• Support daily stock allocation to stores based on sales and stock status.
• Respond to stock requests and inquiries from stores.
• Coordinate with the VM team to support product allocation
• Prepare weekly delivery status reports and stock check list reports.
• Support stock rotation between stores and follow up on execution status.
• Share weekly distribution reports with relevant teams.
• Support seasonal DFS order status sharing and shipment arrangement.
• Assist with order creation for perfume and Lunette products.
• Track invoices and follow up on pending issues.
• Support end-of-season returns and warehouse-to-warehouse stock transfers.

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing a degree in related field
• Strong interest in the luxury fashion industry
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Able to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Fluent in English
