[Kenzo/TOD’S ] Retail Specialist (6months contract)
Tasks
PURPOSE
- Assist to merchandising and retail management to improve sales and development of Brand
- Attribute for accurate order, proper buying and stock management to maximize net-sales and profits with stock management
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Sales report and Analysis
- Update sales figures on a daily basis
- Sales report on a weekly basis and upload on the brand system
- Update Merchandising book and On / Off bestselling report
- Monthly closing backup (Competitor sales, S/T by season, etc)
- Supporting to ERP system & Duty Free Online channel management
- Registration Order, Offer, SRP, product rotation in each stores for all DFS
- Manage Duty Free online SKU such as update new SKU and remove discontinued SKU
- Administration
- Check store expense and report to Senior BM
- Handling HRIS system regarding staff attendance and Duty roster
- Consolidate incentive status for store staffs and report to senior brand manager
- Make rebilling list to brand on a monthly basis if needed
- Handling Uniform order and GWP
- Identify business trends and translate them into sales opportunities in the store for getting better net-sales and meet customer needs in duty free channel
- Responsible for enhancement of online sales management; engage cross-functional teams and duty free online team to ensure effective execution.
- Implement HQ Training guideline and follow up
- Organize Quality Claims
- Report defective issue and order spare parts to brand CS team.
- Follow up on defective results with stores
- Send consolidate reports with all defective details and get re-approval from Brand CS team for destruction
- Shipment & defective issue control
- Update Shipment status
- Handling insurance contract process for DFO to proceed the shipment.
- Registration shipment invoice for all DFS
- Communication with DFO/ brand logistic team regarding shipment issue
- Others
- Communication with buyers regarding operation (shipment, sales issue)
- Manage price adjustment and markdown operation and strategy
- Reassessment Report in the BBK Salesforce system.
Requirements
Education : Bachelor's Degree
- Knowledge
- Knowledge for product merchandising and retail operation
- General knowledge in KR DF market
- Skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software (especially Excel)
- English speaking and writing
- Attitude
- Good at figures
- Good communicated attitude with store staffs
- Multi-tasking capability
