• P&L & Business Ownership: Take full P&L accountability (CM2), drive data-based forecasting, and execute corrective actions to ensure target achievement and tonnage growth.
• Operational Excellence & Compliance: Lead branch Airfreight operations, implement the nationwide operational blueprint (including centralization), and ensure strict compliance (Air Safety/Security, DG, GDP).
• Commercial & Business Development: Partner with Sales/CMD to identify target trade lanes and customers, expand new business, and maintain major client relationships while protecting margins (GP/CM2).
• Procurement & Vendor Management: Oversee local Airfreight procurement and subcontractor performance in line with global carrier strategies.
• Leadership & Governance: Drive organizational performance, approve key branch hirings, and maintain transparent communication with early risk escalations to CMD/Regional Heads.

• Education: Bachelor's degree or above.
• Industry Experience: Minimum 10+ years of senior-level management experience in Freight Forwarding / Airfreight logistics.
• P&L Expertise: Demonstrated track record of directly managing Airfreight P&L (down to CM2) and financial metrics.
• Technical & Compliance Knowledge: Deep knowledge of Airfreight operational standards and mandatory certifications (DG qualifications, GDP compliance, Air Cargo Security).
• Leadership & Organizational Development: Proven ability to manage multi-branch teams, handle executive hiring, and drive succession planning.
• Communication & Analytical Skills: Strong data literacy for forecasting/decision-making, with fluent English communication skills for global/regional reporting.

Preferred Qualifications

• Commercial Background: Direct prior experience in Freight Forwarding Field Sales, Business Development, or Commercial roles is strongly preferred.
• Project Management: Track record of driving operational centralization or large-scale transformation projects.
