Location: Hyundai Korea R&D 

[Responsbilities]    
- Support customers in designing HKMC wiring harness for 3D package design, as well as 2D drawing creation and release.
- Provide information per customer request, such as design review activities including bench mark study, and improvement plan.
- Provide special engineering services per customers request
- Manage Design change requirement
- Support customers in developing prototype & pilot vehicles
- Translate customer requirements into design information for Aptiv internal use
- Support cost reduction initiatives
- Ensure compliance with customer specific requirements.
- Support customers to issue engineering change information to customer sites before mass production.
- Willing to travel to Aptiv manufacturing sites in Europe/India and customer sites, up to 10%

[Qualifications] 
- At least 3 Years experience in wiring harness design in South Korea & knowledge in vehicle environment 
- Strong ability for work independently with sense of responsibility
- Proficient knowledge of wiring harness design tool and customer interface with APTIV internal team
- Leadership and Problem Solving Skills
- Mid-level in English (both written and verbal)
- Flexibility for business travels
- Conflict Resolution / Problem Solving / Great Team work / Timely manner
