Shopee Japan - Key Account Manager - Seller Management (근무지 : 일본 도쿄)
Tasks
- Support assigned sellers as their primary point of contact
- Monitor seller performance metrics and identify improvement opportunities
- Assist sellers with campaign participation, promotions, and operational issues
- Coordinate with internal teams (Operations, Marketing, Logistics) to resolve seller inquiries
- Prepare basic performance reports and insights for internal stakeholders
- 担当セラーの主な窓口としてサポート業務を担当する。
- セラーのパフォーマンス指標をモニタリングし、改善機会を特定する。
- キャンペーン参加、プロモーション運営、業務上の課題に関するセラー支援する。
- Operations、Marketing、Logisticsなどの社内関連チームと連携し、セラーからの問い合わせを解決する。
- 社内ステークホルダー向けの基本的なパフォーマンスレポートおよびインサイト資料の作成する。
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (or expected graduation) in any field
- Strong interest in account management, business operations, or e-commerce
- Clear communication skills and problem-solving ability
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders simultaneously
- Data-driven mindset with basic analytical skills
- Business-level English or Japanese communication skills (written & verbal)

- 明確なコミュニケーション能力および問題解決力
