Job Purpose
Seeking for dedicated Senior Merchandising Manager responsible for developing and implementing merchandising strategies for W Polo & Lauren to drive business 

Responsibilities 
1. Lead buying process  
- Manage seasonal Buying process of Women universe (RTW, ACC) and merchandising initiatives to create compelling assortment 
- Review OTB, sales trend analysis, door cluster 
- Conduct regular market research & prepare seasonal reports among competitors, market trends & pricing strategies 

2. Sales Analysis & In-season Management  
- Monitor business performance by category & communicate strategic opportunities and implement commercial actions to achieve sales objectives 
- Monitor and manage seasonal stock level and work closely with HK Planning team to forecast the sales and probability for BSR 
- Manage internal Stock Transfer, stock re-balancing with relevant communications across the stores and HK Merch team to maximize sales 

3. Team coordination & Training 
- Collaborate with cross functional teams such as Brand Image, Marketing, Retail to drive sales 
- Execute seasonal product trainings and educate/foster store staffs

- Minimum 15 years of extensive experience in merchandising focused in Women’s 
- Excellent English communication skills  
- Strong business acumen and analytical skills 
- Creative thinking skills :Open-mindedness, flexibility and problem-solving skills 
- Good leadership skills and the ability to motivate and develop team 
- Strong interpersonal and time management skills
