Job Description:
To support sales growth and efficient stock management across Outlet, and Duty Free channels through accurate sales forecasting, merchandising execution, and operational coordination.
 
RETAIL

1. Analyze weekly and monthly sales KPI reports
2. Prepare sales forecasts by channel and store based on historical data and business trends
3. Maintain strong relationships with landlords
4. Monitor competitors’ store distribution and sales performance
5. Manager store opening, relocation and closing projects
6. Manage and coordinate with DFS agent for Tod’s brand
7. Set and manage sales incentive target for retail staff

 
MERCHADISER

1. Manage Duty Free OTB planning and buying process
2. Handle duty free pricing strategy
3. Plan and execute Duty Free stock rotation and promotional activities
4. Coordinate and manage weekly stock shipments for duty free
5. Provide structed feedback on new collection to HQ
6. Manage outlet stock transfers and allocation
7. Plan and execute outlet discount promotions
8. Manage regional stock transfer in coordination with HQ
9. Conduct regular stock status analysis of aging stock

Education

1. Relevant degree holder

Languages

1. Fluent in English

Professional experience & know how

1. Minimum 3 years experience
2. experience working with high end/luxury/premium brands preferred

Technical & management skills

1. Excellent knowledge of Excel, Word as well as Power Point
