Responsibilities:

1. Merchandizing:

• Plan merchandising list by product category based on market demand and insight to maximize business opportunity. 
• Regular basis sales analysis for internal review and forecast by season and competitor. 

1. Brand Marketing:

• Expand and amplify share-of-voice on key communications channels from Instagram, YouTube and web/app in conjunction with global team and third-party agencies in appropriate tone & manner that best represent brand’s DNA
• Identify key fashion/retail trends that and assist in solidifying Cider's positioning and key trendsetter in the domestic market through community management
• Assist in reading local momentums and trends to ensure marketing calendar and cadence engage with local audience

1. Other Ad-hoc projects & tasks

• Research, ideation and execution for retail expansion
• Business travel

• 상품 카테고리별 머천다이징 기획
• 시즌별 정기적 매출 분석

브랜드 마케팅(Brand Marketing)

• 글로벌 팀 및 외부 에이전시와 협업하여 Instagram, YouTube, 웹/앱 등 주요 커뮤니케이션 채널 운영
• 주요 패션/리테일 트렌드를 파악하고 커뮤니티 관리를 통해 샵사이다(Cider)의 국내 시장 내 포지셔닝과 트렌드 세터 역할 강화
• 현지 시장 모멘텀과 트렌드를 분석하여 마케팅 캘린더와 콘텐츠 플랜 기획

기타 프로젝트 및 업무(Other Ad-hoc projects & tasks)

• 리테일 확장 
• 해외/국내 비즈니스 출장 수행

Qualifications:

• At least 2-5 years of working experience in fashion/retail space
• Preferred background as fashion brand, editor and MD from retail brands or media but not must
• Proficient in MS office suite(excel & powerpoint) and busic understanding of retail data
• Love & Passion for fashion, keen eye for trending aesthetics and unafraid to speak out & throw out-of-the-box ideas
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Media, Design, or a related field (Fashion/Marketing major preferred but not mandatory)
• Good communication skills. Basic Chinese is a plus

• 패션/리테일 분야에서 2~5년 이상의 실무 경험 보유
• MD 또는 에디터 출신 우대
• MS 오피스(Excel, PowerPoint) 활용 능력 및 리테일 데이터에 대한 기본 이해
• 패션에 대한 애정과 열정
• 패션/마케팅 전공 학사 학위 우대, 필수 아님
• 기본 수준의 중국어 가능자 우대
