[Job Purpose]
To lead the successful implementation and stabilization of the new AI-driven allocation system, enabling data-driven forecasting and optimized inventory flow to ensure the right product reaches the right stores at the right time.

[Responsibilities]

• Support product allocation and replenishment across stores to ensure optimal stock levels
• Assist with initial allocations for new product launches and new store openings, based on guidelines from senior team members
• Monitor inventory levels and basic sales performance, and support allocation adjustments as needed
• Gather qualitative feedback from stores and help consolidate it with sales and inventory data
• Work closely with cross-functional teams (Merchandising, Retail, Supply Chain, etc.) to support smooth execution
• Support allocation and replenishment-related system tasks within assigned categories
• Coordinate with the local Supply Chain team to help ensure timely product delivery

- Allocation experiences in related field preferred (minimum 1 years)
- Strong responsibility and communication skill
- Fluent English skills 
- Excellent Excel and data work
- Understanding of Allocation system related experience preferred
- Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced retail environment
- Attention to details, positive attitude, commitment to work, strong team player
