Job Title: FP&A Sr. Specialist/ FP&A Manager                  Job Function: Control

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
 
ROLE MISSION:
Support decision-making for the achievement of business goals through data gathering and analysis in regard to all feasible options
 
Role Objectives: 

• Ensure the quality and timeliness of financial reporting to group in HFM including periodic closing coordinating with other teams
• Streamline the budget and projection process together with regional & global teams and improve reports 
• System: SAP, HFM (Financial Reporting), Board (Financial Planning), Power BI (Business Intelligence), MS Office

 
Role Requirements:
[Sales performance reporting] 

• Provide and compile weekly sales and analysis in timely manner
• Every month provide timely and reliable commercial analysis in alignment with retail KPIs
• Cooperate forecasting of sales estimation in case of half closing and year-end closing with commercial team
• Prepare wholesale projections with order book and monitor to generate net sales by actual shipment with wholesale team
• Support to create ad-hoc sales reports for the management

[Budget and Financial Reporting] 
Prepare the financial reporting package to each brand HQ (Net Sales, Capex, Total PL)Proactive analysis of the monthly financial report and monitoring actual results to budgetCollaborate with other departments to obtain as well as provide necessary information in developing budgets and forecastsAnalyze information received from other departments for accuracy and reasonablenessIdentify the risks and opportunities in the year-to-go forecasts so that the management is able to make optimal decisionsManage reporting structures and cost center, store information in alignment with group guidelines
 
[Other Key Responsibilities] 

• Prepare NOP (Capex, Investment Approval) for new openings and business development on occasion
• Monitor and analyze in terms of Inventory aging, Personnel cost, Sales Incentive, D&A, IFRS16, Cash Flow
• Actively involve any corporate role as local finance team
• Ensure to communicate complex financial topics clearly to partner with non-financial leaders

Qualifications & Requirements:
BA degree or above with relevant major 
(Finance/Accounting/Business Administration/Economics)

• Min. 6 years’ experience progressive finance experience including FP&A function  
• Experience in Budgeting, Business Analytics and Variance Analytics
• Professional understanding of KGAAP and IFRS is preferred
• SAP/HFM/Board experience preferred 
• Proficient in MS office applications, especially in Excel, nice to have Power BI
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Able to effectively communicate with people at all levels
• Korean native speaker with fluent written and verbal English skills.
