Key Responsibilities: Purchasing & Import Operations

Purchase Order Management
•    Issue Purchase Orders based on the purchase quantities confirmed by Planning
•    Communicate and coordinate with suppliers regarding order confirmation, production and delivery.
•    Monitor shipment and delivery schedules and proactively
•    Manage supplier invoices and payment due dates in accordance with payment processes.
•    Handle claims and insurance cases for in-transit damage or loss in cooperation with suppliers and forwarders.
•    Participate in procurement/import-related projects and process improvement initiatives.
Import & Customs Clearance
•    Review and manage HS Codes, including FTA applicability and tariff rates.
•    Arrange courier and freight forwarding bookings for EXW/FCA shipments, including freight rate review.
•    Review, and manage shipping documents, including CI, PI, COA, B/L and COO.
•    Review import requirements and coordinate customs clearance with customs brokers and forwarders.
•    Monitor inbound delivery schedules and coordinate with relevant teams to ensure timely receipt of goods.
•    Review and process import-related costs, including freight, duties, and other import expenses.
•    Maintain import/export records and documentation and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and company policies.

•    Bachelor’s degree; major in Supply Chain, or a related field is preferred.
•    3+ years of experience in importing pharmaceuticals, food, cosmetics, or chemical raw materials.
•    Experience using ERP systems such as JDE, SAP, Oracle, etc. is preferred.
•    Strong business English proficiency, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate effectively with overseas suppliers and stakeholders.
•    Strong ownership and accountability, with a proactive approach to managing tasks, communicating with various stakeholders, and driving issues through to resolution.
