Job Title : Corporate Strategy Professional

Job Summary
This position supports the development and communication of strategic planning regarding management topics affecting the NSC in the Korean market. 
Responsibilities include supporting and providing market research, strategic planning and anticipated intelligence to deliver conclusion and argumentation for brand-wide topics, consolidation of NSC brands for common strategic topics (VW Group Best Practice, Benchmarking); supporting the VWGK President & CEO in actively steering departments and brands to improve management effectiveness across comprehensive business fields; coordination of NSC and brand reporting; implementation and/or coordination of strategic projects; and managing fleet compliance risk by escalating risks, tracking levels, coordinating reports, and monitoring mitigation.

Main Responsibilities

1. Ensure effective preparation and execution of management and Steering Committee meetings for the President & CEO. Lead executive communication for CEO/BOD/HQ/Executive committee (storyline, key messages, and quality materials)  enabling informed top-management decisions.
2. Plan and monitor Group Management budget and spending. Prepare company performance updates and presentations for VWGK employee meetings.
3. Supports CEO on development Corporate strategy. Lead or coordinate key strategic projects initiated by the President & CEO or HQ, ensuring alignment with Group direction. Harmonize cross-brand perspectives to deliver balanced, business-wide solutions.
4. Oversee fleet compliance risk management by monitoring risk levels, coordinating reports, escalating issues, and monitoring implementation of mitigation strategies within VWGK’s governance framework.
5. Generate, maintain, and continuously improve VWGK’s overall planning and reporting processes across all brands (Volkswagen, Audi, Bentley, Lamborghini).

본 포지션은 한국 시장 내 NSC에 영향을 미치는 경영 이슈 전반에 대해 전략적 기획 수립 및 커뮤니케이션을 지원하는 역할을 담당합니다. 시장 조사, 전략 기획, 인텔리전스 분석을 통해 브랜드 전반의 주요 경영 아젠다에 대한 결론 도출을 지원하며, VW Group Best Practice 및 벤치마킹 등 공통 전략 주제에 대해 NSC 브랜드 간 협업과 정합성을 도모합니다. 또한 VWGK President & CEO가 전사 및 브랜드 전반의 경영 효율성을 제고할 수 있도록 의사결정 및 부서 운영을 지원하며, NSC 및 각 브랜드의 보고를 총괄·조정합니다. 전략 프로젝트의 실행 및/또는 조율을 담당하고, 리스크를 상향 보고하고 수준을 추적하며, 보고 체계를 조율하고 대응 방안을 모니터링하는 등 플릿 컴플라이언스 리스크 관리 역할도 수행합니다.

   (스토리라인, 핵심 메시지, 완성도 높은 자료 제공을 통해 Top Management의 의사결정 지원)
3. Group Management 예산 및 지출 계획 수립 및 모니터링
4. VWGK 전사 직원 대상 미팅을 위한 회사 성과 업데이트 및 발표 자료 준비
5. CEO의 Corporate Strategy 수립 지원
6. President & CEO 또는 HQ에서 주도하는 핵심 전략 프로젝트를 리드/조율하며, 그룹 방향성과 정합성 유지
7. 브랜드 간 관점을 조율하여 균형 잡힌 전사 관점의 솔루션 도출
8. VWGK 거버넌스 체계 내에서 플릿 컴플라이언스 리스크 관리 총괄
   (리스크 수준 모니터링, 보고서 조율, 이슈 상향 보고, 대응 방안 이행 모니터링)
9. Volkswagen, Audi, Bentley, Lamborghini 전 브랜드를 아우르는
   VWGK 전사 기획 및 보고 프로세스 전반의 기획·운영 및 지속적 개선

Requirement/Qualification

1. Bachelor’s degree in Business / Economics is required
2. MBA is preferred
3. A minimum of 6 years of work experience is required, preferably in the automotive industry or in multinational companies.
4. A minimum of 3 years of experience in business and strategy planning and/or market analysis is preferred.
5. Detailed knowledge of NSC operations and the Korean automotive market is required
6. Analytical and organizational skills required
7. A proactive mindset, independent decision-making ability, and effective task prioritization skills are required
8. Fluency in English and Korean is required, and advanced proficiency in German is preferred

Requirement/Qualification (국문)

1. 경영학 또는 경제학 관련 학사 학위 필수
2. MBA 학위 소지자 우대
3. 총 경력 6년 이상 필수 (자동차 산업 또는 다국적 기업 근무 경험자 우대)
4. 사업 및 전략 기획 및/또는 시장 분석 경력 3년 이상 우대
5. NSC 운영 전반 및 한국 자동차 시장에 대한 깊은 이해 필수
6. 뛰어난 분석력 및 조직 관리 능력 필수
7. 주도적인 업무 태도, 독립적인 의사결정 능력, 효과적인 업무 우선순위 설정 능력 필수
8. 영어 및 한국어 의사소통 능력 필수, 독일어 고급 수준 우대
