□    Lead Financial Controls and Compliance
□    Lead the Finance team to ensure all financial transactions, policies, and procedures meet business objectives and are in accordance with local and corporate accounting policies, principles, and standards. 
□ General Accounting
­ BS/PL reporting to HQ with IFRS and US GAAP
­ Manage general ledger and reconcile all accounts between GL and sub ledger.
□ Fixed asset
­ Manage fixed asset (disposal & acquisition & Depreciation) 
□ Account Payable
­ Review and posting personal expense and all expenses on SAP.
­ Checking and managing accrued, advanced, and prepaid expenses
□ Account Receivable & Credit
­ Manage AR account and Review and control credit for Customer.
□ Tax & Auditing
­ Reconciliation of receivable and payable VAT
­ Manage interim and year-end external Audit, Tax adjustment and Internal Audit yearly.
□ Treasury
­ Manage and report cash flow/forecast to HQ for monthly/daily liquidity planning.
­ Analysis and manage intercompany payment by cash schedule with checking bank balance.
