Direct finance operations including accounting, planning, budgeting / forecasting, financial management, credit control, treasury, internal control, tax, risk management, insurance, legal (contracts) function.
Consult with GM and business managers on management issues and provide advice and solutions
 
- Provide financial recommendations and decisions to support the business as a business partner or adviser.
- Responsible for country strategic planning to better manage the operations and increasing the organization’s efficiency and sustainable growth.
- Communicate financial information and collaborate with management with respect to business strategy.
- Responsible for establishing, implementing and maintaining data gathering and analysis systems including information such as revenues, expenses, costs, investments, cash flow, profits etc.
- Plan overall company budget and finance strategy to reflect financial achievement and initiate functional value.
- Ensure that management control requirements are well met and complied with global policies and procedures.
- Responsible for reviewing and analyzing actual monthly financial results for variance to budget / forecast.
- Analyze and interpret operating result to establish reasons of variances, determined action plans, and develop forecasts.
- Ensure reliable financial reporting and monitor the development of our business, finally supporting the decision making process.  
- Design, implement and test procedures to manage compliance.
- Monitor continuous improvement in functional process and provide functional leadership.
- Responsible for ensuring that appropriate internal controls are placed in operation.
- Direct timely and accurate preparation of P/L, B/S, standard and special management reports, providing financial analyses and recommendation for management decision.
- Participate in the group’s risk management initiatives (such as internal audits, business continuity plan, distribution model ) to make sure proper control procedures are in place.
- Effectively support operational needs to value-add with process and financial controls, forecasting business trend and    risk.
- Conduct the financial validation and risk assessment of new business opportunities.
- Handle all taxation matters and gave advice on the taxation issue of head of department.
- Advise general manager on local financial policies, issues and their implementation.
- Set goals to meet objectives providing guidance to staff to achieve goals.
- Supervise the Finance department staff to ensure appropriate coaching, guidance and directions were given to subordinates and assist in the staff development process to ensure the potential of every staff is fully realized.
