Marketing Assistant
Reports to   :   Head of Marketing, Specialty 
파견계약직 1년/연장가능

보건 관련 분야(의학, 과학, 간호, 약학) 우대

*  주 5일 근무 / 9~6시
*  전사적 재택 근무 운영 중(주 2일 / 부서별로 다를 수 있음)
*  법정 연차휴가 (미사용분은 퇴사 시 급여로 지급)
*  기본 법정연차 외, 리프레스 리브 분기별 1일 추가 부여 (년 총 4개)
*  창립기념일 휴가
*  패밀리데이: 매달 2째주 금요일_1시 퇴근
*  4대보험가입, 퇴직금 별도


Position Summary
This role involves supporting the execution of brand strategies and promotional activities, developing promotional materials and communicating with the sales. The ideal candidate will help bridge the gap between products and customers while driving effective marketing initiatives to support business growth.
 

Roles & Responsibilities
ㅡ Support the execution of brand and product marketing strategies
ㅡ Plan and manage digital and offline marketing campaigns
ㅡ Develop and manage marketing materials (brochures, promotional content, VAE, etc.)
ㅡ Collaborate with the sales team to support sales strategies (e.g., providing sales materials and product training resources)
ㅡ Plan and manage marketing events, including medical conferences and symposiums
ㅡ Analyze product performance and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing activities

ㅡ Bachelors or equivalent degree, health related (e.g. Medical, Scientific, Nursing, Pharmacy) preferred
ㅡ  2-3 years of experience in similar position, MNC experience preferred
ㅡ Proficient in Microsoft tools, especially MS Excel, Power point, Word
ㅡ Marketing/Sales team Admin Experience is preferred
