[Global Healthcare Company (IVD)_Associate Medical Director]

Our client is a leading global healthcare company with a strong presence in the in-vitro diagnostics (IVD) industry. The company is committed to advancing diagnostic technologies and delivering innovative solutions that support accurate clinical decision-making and improve patient outcomes.
We are seeking an experienced Associate MSL Director to lead and support medical and scientific engagement strategies within the Core Diagnostics business in Korea.

This role will focus on strengthening relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), healthcare professionals, and academic institutions while driving scientific education, clinical research initiatives, and cross-functional collaboration.
The successful candidate will play a key role in aligning medical strategies with regional and global business objectives.

[Role & Responsibilities]
Medical & Scientific Strategy

• Support the development and execution of medical and scientific engagement strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Develop and communicate clinical messaging in collaboration with Medical Affairs and Commercial teams.
• Drive scientific education initiatives for healthcare professionals and key external stakeholders.

KOL Engagement & Scientific Collaboration

• Establish and maintain strong relationships with KOLs, clinical investigators, and academic institutions.
• Facilitate scientific exchange and support clinical research collaborations.
• Develop and strengthen clinical advocacy across relevant diagnostic areas.

Clinical Education & Cross-functional Collaboration

• Design and execute clinical education programs for healthcare professionals, payers, and other stakeholders.
• Provide scientific training and clinical guidance to Commercial and Sales teams.
• Collaborate with regional and global stakeholders to ensure consistent medical messaging and strategic alignment.

Clinical Research & Medical Initiatives

• Support the initiation and execution of internal and external clinical research projects.
• Contribute to scientific initiatives supporting existing products and future diagnostic technologies.
• Ensure effective implementation of regional and local medical education programs.

Qualifications
Education

• MD or PhD degree with a strong scientific or clinical background.
• Academic or clinical expertise in Internal Medicine, Cardiology, Emergency Medicine, or a related discipline.

Experience & Skills

• Minimum 2 years of clinical experience.
• Experience in the diagnostics, biotechnology, or healthcare industry preferred.
• Experience in medical education, clinical research, or healthcare management is an advantage.
• Strong scientific communication, stakeholder engagement, and relationship management skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional and regional teams.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and presentation skills.
