- Manage corporate credit accounts in line with Group policies and collaborate with HQ to improve credit processes.
- Assess dealer and corporate fleet customers, prepare credit proposals, and recommend product-specific credit limits and internal ratings.
- Evaluate risks for new clients and partner with Sales to determine credit needs based on risk and cost considerations.
- Prepare credit committee materials and HQ reports, and monitor customers’ financial health and compliance with approval conditions.
- Develop annual and five-year credit risk plans and deliver regular and ad hoc reports to senior management.
- Drive PD/LGD model improvements and parameter validation, and review provisioning methodologies and adequacy with Accounting.
- Develop restructuring and recovery strategies for distressed borrowers and review asset quality classifications.
- Oversee outsourcing vendor procurement and contracts, and forecast departmental overhead costs.

- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
- 8+ years of experience in credit analysis.
- Strong English communication skills.
- Solid knowledge of financial analysis and credit assessment processes.
