37. Senior Accountant [글로벌 럭셔리 그룹]
Tasks
- Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual closing in line with local GAAP and Group guidelines.
- Handle COGS and margin closing, including cost accounting and inventory movements.
- Manage fixed assets, prepaid expenses, intercompany invoice reconciliations, and payment preparation.
- Perform monthly foreign currency valuations.
- Prepare VAT and corporate income tax filings and statutory financial statements, and support internal and external audits.
- Partner with brands to resolve accounting issues, assess accounting treatment for new transactions, and support ongoing projects and ad hoc requests.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in accounting and financial operations.
- 5+ years of hands-on SAP experience.
- 5+ years of retail industry experience, with responsibility for year-end closing and external audits.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, as well as JDE and JDA.
- Thorough understanding of K-GAAP and IFRS.
- Native-level Korean and fluent written and spoken English.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across all levels.
