lead the strategic expansion of products across Korea, with a focus on on-going adoption and procedural penetration in multiple clinical specialties. This role serves as a key leader in the marketing organization, responsible for mid-to-long-term strategy development, clinical marketing execution, and direct team management. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the Korean healthcare environment, extensive experience in both sales and marketing, and a proven track record of leadership in the medical device industry.

[ 자격조건 ]

• Bachelor of a university / MBA preferred
• Minimum 10 years of combined experience in Sales and/or Marketing in the medical device industry, with strong exposure to hospital systems and healthcare reimbursement structures.
• Proven leadership experience, including team management and organizational influence.
• Solid understanding of surgical workflows and minimally invasive techniques.
• Experience working with or in operating rooms, with physicians or KOLs.
• Fluent in Korean and English, both written and verbal.
