[Position]: Project Manager (Japan)
 
[Work Scope]
1. Lead a cross-functional project team through all phases of New Product Development
2. Ensure on-time delivery of products to finished goods as scheduled
3. Supports marketing and design engineering in preparing RFQ or proposals
4. Plans and manages NPD Schedules and resource plans
5. Accountable for project Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
6. Primary point of contact working with customer project and design representatives

1. Minimum of bachelor’s degree in engineering from university
2. Capable of team building (external & internal) to drive cross-functional collaboration
3. Experience as Program Manager or project management
4. Experience with Semiconductor or Display (PCBA design and/or manufacturing)
5. Fluency in English and Japanese
