1. Procurement Planning Team Lead (구매기획/운영 팀장)

• Key Responsibilities (업무 내용):
  • Standardize procurement regulations, policies, and standard operating procedures (SOP).
  • Redesign and stabilize procurement IT systems (ERP/SRM) to eliminate operational bottlenecks.
  • Oversee material cost analysis, budget management, and vendor performance evaluation (VMS).
  • Align cross-functional workflows across procurement, engineering, finance, and manufacturing.
• Qualifications & Experience (경력 및 자격 요건):
  • 8–12+ years of procurement planning, SCM planning, or procurement operations experience in large enterprises.
  • Proven track record in procurement process innovation (PI) and system standardization.
  • Strong analytical capabilities and hands-on experience using enterprise ERP/SRM platforms.

2. Strategic Sourcing Team Lead (전략소싱/구매 팀장)

• Key Responsibilities (업무 내용):
  • Develop and execute direct sourcing strategies across diverse, multi-item mechanical and electronic components.
  • Discover, audit, and onboard competitive global and domestic suppliers.
  • Lead commercial negotiations, contract terms, and company-wide cost reduction initiatives.
  • Mitigate supply chain disruptions and critical component shortage risks.
• Qualifications & Experience (경력 및 자격 요건):
  • 8–12+ years of strategic sourcing, direct purchasing, or category management in manufacturing conglomerates.
  • Proven track record in contract negotiations and managing high-mix, multi-item Bill of Materials (BOM).
  • Strong commercial acumen and global supplier management experience.
