A global leader in satellite communication technology and KOSDAQ-listed enterprise is seeking transformational leaders to overhaul and modernize our procurement organization. To resolve operational bottlenecks, rebuild procurement systems, and drive supply chain excellence for complex, high-mix component manufacturing, we are urgently hiring for the following leadership positions.
The Head of Procurement will spearhead the end-to-end restructuring of the procurement division. This leader will modernize procurement architecture, restore operational stability, and establish a robust, scalable global SCM governance model.

• Organizational Turnaround: Restructure the procurement organization, rebuild team morale, and establish clear KPIs and accountability.
• System & Process Re-engineering: Diagnose and overhaul broken procurement workflows, standardizing operations through integrated ERP/SRM platforms.
• Strategic Sourcing & Cost Optimization: Formulate corporate procurement strategies to drive sustainable cost reduction (TCO) across complex, multi-item Bill of Materials (BOM).
• Supply Chain Risk Management: Mitigate global supply chain disruptions, build strategic supplier partnerships, and establish dual-sourcing frameworks.
• Executive Leadership: Partner with C-level executives, R&D, and manufacturing operations to align procurement with rapid global business expansion.

• 15+ years of procurement/SCM experience, with at least 5+ years in an executive or department-head capacity.
• Proven leadership experience in major conglomerates (대기업) or top-tier global manufacturing enterprises.
• Track record of successfully leading organizational turnaround and procurement system setup.
• Deep domain expertise in managing complex, high-mix mechanical, electronic, and raw material procurement.
• Strong executive presence, negotiation skills, and crisis management capability.
