[리테일/SCM] Customer Service & Logistics Specialist
Tasks
An international consumer goods company is seeking a Customer Service & Logistics Specialist. The successful candidate will oversee customer orders, coordinate deliveries, manage claims and master data, and support SAP processes to ensure accurate and efficient supply chain execution.
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers
- Enter, control and validate incoming customer orders in SAP
- Manage customer credit limits and resolve order blocks
- Coordinate sales promotions and deployment plans in line with sales forecasts
- Prepare and distribute out-of-stock reports and arrange subsequent deliveries where necessary
- Communicate delivery delays and coordinate relevant updates
- Respond to customer requests for documents, delivery notes and invoices
- Allocate and transfer inventory between unrestricted, restricted and blocked storage locations
- Prepare customer service KPI reports

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Commercial, Business, or Supply Chain
- 3-5 years of experience in supply chain execution, particularly customer service and logistics, preferably in a consumer packaged goods environment
- Knowledge of the local market, including retailers, wholesalers and distributors
- Experience using ERP systems, particularly SAP
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and fostering teamwork
- Ability to deliver work with quality, accuracy, timeliness, reliability and thoroughness, while building trust and maintaining effective working relationships with customers, managers and colleagues
- Native level Korean; full professional level English
