: Serve as a key interface between Business and IT for the Korea market, translating business needs into data-driven solutions.
: Contributes to the development and adoption of a scalable and governed data ecosystem, aligned with the global Data & Analytics strategy defined by Central IT in HQ, ensuring consistency, quality, and a single source of truth approach.

Requirements
-8+ years of total professional experience, including at least 5 years in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or related roles.
-Experience in global organizations, with strong expertise in Power BI (data modeling, DAX, dashboard development), SQL, advanced Excel, and KPI frameworks.
-Knowledge of ETL processes, Microsoft Azure data platforms, data governance, and enterprise reporting; SAP S/4HANA is a plus.
-Strong business partnering, stakeholder management, and communication skills, with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset and high attention to data quality.
- Experience in the retail industry is highly preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills in both Korean and English ; Italian is a plus.
