An international computer software company is seeking a Technical Customer Success Manager. The successful candidate will lead technical onboarding, optimise quantum computing applications and workflows, deliver training, resolve technical issues, and collaborate with global teams to improve customer outcomes and retention.

• Lead technical onboarding, platform provisioning and ongoing engagement for major Korean accounts
• Develop account-specific success plans and playbooks to improve adoption, satisfaction and retention
• Guide customers in quantum circuit design, optimisation and application workflows, collaborating with compiler and systems experts
• Standardise troubleshooting workflows and provide hands-on technical support across global teams
• Develop technical workshops, challenges, curricula and training materials in Korean and English
• Help define and implement new service offerings based on customer feedback and strategic goals
• Represent Korean customer needs across Product, Cloud Platform, Data Engineering and Operations
• Build dashboards to track job metrics, platform usage and customer health, translating data into actionable insights
• Represent the company at standards bodies, government committees, industry panels and quantum computing events across Korea and Asia-Pacific
• Collaborate with Product Management, Product Marketing, Sales and Engineering to improve functionality, documentation and educational materials
• Refine term-sheet language to align customer expectations with technical capabilities
• Manage multiple interconnected customer technical initiatives in line with strategic goals and delivery schedules

• Master’s or PhD in Physics, Computer Science, Machine Learning, Operations Research or a related STEM field
• More than 5 years of experience in technical customer-facing roles or equivalent, with a proven record of performance and goal achievement
• More than 3 years of experience creating customer-facing technical content, including training materials, success plans, playbooks and workflows
• Hands-on experience with Python and quantum frameworks such as Qiskit, Cirq, PennyLane, CUDA-Q or other quantum SDKs
• Working knowledge of Jupyter Notebook, Google Colab or similar platforms
• Understanding of quantum computing physics and mathematical techniques, including linear algebra and probability
• Possess a valid authorisation to live and work in or around Daejeon, South Korea
• Fluent level Korean; professional level English

Preferred requirements:

• In-depth knowledge of the strengths and weaknesses of different quantum hardware platforms and hardware-software dependencies
• Experience in quantum information science, applications and algorithms
• Experience with SaaS platforms, REST APIs or HPC systems
• Proficiency in SQL and experience in data science or data analytics
• Familiarity with subscription-based and renewal business models
• Experience developing business strategies, guidelines and objectives and implementing data-driven reporting
• Ability to engage in technical and business discussions across finance, pharmaceuticals and healthcare, chemistry, computer vision and operations research
