Own the brand's demand and supply planning, and lead the monthly S&OP cycle to achieve high service levels while maintaining healthy inventory levels.
Collaborate with regional and global supply teams and contribute to planning transformation initiatives.

Requirements
-5–10 years of supply chain planning experience in the skincare or FMCG industry.
-5+ years of hands-on demand planning experience, including forecasting and promotional planning.
-Experience in supply planning, including inventory management and supply constraint handling.
-Understanding of cross-functional S&OP processes and collaboration with Commercial and Supply Chain teams.
-Experience with SAP APO DP/SNP and good English communication skills are preferred.
