국제예술문화재단은 교육사업, 예술 후원사업 및 문화예술 행사 운영을 중심으로 재단의 전반적인 업무를 수행할 꼼꼼하고 적극적인 인재를 모집합니다.
미술·디자인 및 문화예술 분야에 관심과 이해가 있으며, 콘텐츠 기획과 시각 디자인 역량을 바탕으로 재단의 다양한 활동을 함께 만들어 갈 분들의 많은 지원 바랍니다.
Kukje ACF is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive professional to support the Foundation’s overall operations, with a primary focus on educational programs, arts patronage initiatives, and cultural events.
This position is suitable for both entry-level applicants and experienced professionals with a background or demonstrated interest in art, design, and cultural programming.

- 행사 사진 및 영상 아카이빙, 보정 및 관리
- 재단 내·외부 관계자와의 커뮤니케이션
- Support the Foundation’s core activities, including educational programs, arts patronage initiatives, and major events.
- Plan, create, and manage content for the Foundation’s official social media channels and website.
- Archive, edit, organize, and maintain photographs and video materials from events and programs.
- Coordinate and communicate with internal and external stakeholders.
근무조건
- 근무형태: 주 5일 (월~금), 오전 9시~오후 6시
- 근무지: 국제갤러리 K2 (서울 종로구)
- 급여: 면접 후 협의
- 채용형태: 3개월 수습 기간 후 전환 여부 결정
Employment Conditions
- Working Days: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM
- Work Location: Kukje Gallery K2, Jongno-gu, Seoul, South Korea
- Compensation: Negotiable based on qualifications and experience
- Contract Terms: Initial three-month probationary period, followed by a review to determine eligibility for conversion to permanent employment.
Requirements

- 학사 이상
- 신입 또는 경력
- 미술, 디자인, 예술 관련 전공 또는 이에 준하는 경력 보유자
- 디자인 프로그램 (포토샵, 일러스트레이션, 피그마디자인 등) 및 Microsoft 프로그램 사용 능숙자
- 영어 회화 및 번역 능통자
- 꼼꼼한 업무 접근 방식 및 태도
- 콘텐츠 기획력 및 디자인 감각
- 협업 및 원활한 커뮤니케이션 능력
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher.
- Open to both entry-level candidates and experienced professionals.
- Degree in Fine Arts, Design, Art History, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Proficiency in design and creative software, including Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Figma, or equivalent tools.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong English communication and translation skills.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive approach to work.
- Strong content planning skills and visual sensibility.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
