A global food company is looking for an HRBP. The chosen applicant will support plant operations through HR business partnering, recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, workforce planning, and labour cost management.

• Partner with Plant leaders and line managers to identify people and organisational needs and provide practical HR solutions
• Manage employee relations matters and provide HR guidance in accordance with company policies and Korean labour laws
• Identify workforce issues and employee concerns and partner with leaders to develop and follow through on appropriate actions
• Manage end-to-end recruitment for Daegu Plant and support Korea-wide recruitment based on business needs
• Partner with hiring managers on position requirements, candidate sourcing, interviews, assessment and selection
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical and recurring positions and support effective onboarding of new hires
• Drive Plant engagement activities by analysing employee feedback and partnering with leaders on improvement actions
• Support effective employee communication and listening activities to strengthen connection between leaders and associates
• Support organisational changes and people-related change initiatives, helping leaders communicate and implement changes effectively
• Support performance management, talent review and employee development in partnership with the Korea HR Head and line leaders
• Support workforce planning and analyse headcount, overtime, productivity and direct labour cost trends to provide HR insights for effective workforce management
• Partner with Operations and Finance in annual manpower planning and labour cost budgeting

• Bachelor’s degree or above
• Relevant HR experience, including hands-on HR experience in a manufacturing environment
• Solid HRBP/generalist experience, including hands-on recruitment
• Experience working in a multinational environment
• Good knowledge of Korean labour laws and employment practices
• Strong ownership, learning agility and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively with both frontline associates and leaders
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Business-level English

Preferred Requirements:

• Experience in workforce planning, labour cost analysis in a manufacturing environment
