About the Company
A global luxury fragrance company with a portfolio of designer and niche fragrance brands. The company is launching direct duty-free operations in Korea in 2027 and is looking for a Brand Manager to build and run the business from day one.

Position Overview

• Position: Brand Manager, Duty Free (Fragrance)
• Level: Manager / Senior Manager (과장 ~ 차장)
• Reports to: General Manager
• Location: Seoul (regular visits to duty-free stores)
• Team: Stand-alone role at launch

Key Responsibilities

• Negotiate orders and commercial terms (margin, commission, promotion cost-sharing) directly with duty-free retailers: Lotte, Shilla, Shinsegae, Hyundai
• Process POs and confirmations through each retailer’s EDI system
• Handle ERP transactions end to end: order entry, goods receipt, invoicing and settlement
• Coordinate bonded warehouse, customs broker and 3PL
• Set annual sell-in / sell-out budgets and run weekly and monthly sales analysis
• Manage forecasts, replenishment orders, inventory and receivables
• Plan and execute promotions and pricing with retailers and regional HQ
• Lead new counter and stand-alone niche boutique openings, including BA recruitment (Phase 2)

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree
• 8+ years in fragrance or cosmetics, including 5+ years in Korean duty free
• Hands-on experience with duty-free order negotiation, retailer EDI and ERP processing
• Experience running a brand’s duty-free business alone or with a small team (1–3 people)
• Fluent business English for daily reporting to regional HQ

Preferred

• Experience at a niche or small fragrance brand, brand distributor or duty-free import agency
• Knowledge of bonded logistics and customs clearance
• New counter or boutique opening experience
• SAP user experience and advanced Excel
• Duty-free retailer MD experience
