1. Responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring occupational health, safety, and environmental programs. 
2. Ensures the company to comply with all local environmental and safety laws, minimizes workplace risks, and promotes a culture of safety across all operations.
3. Maintain and ensure full compliance with local and international HSE regulations
4. Handle and maintain production in accordance with Gov't policy 
5. Orchestrate and communicate with HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) contacts in individual sites in Korea 
6. Inspections & Audits: Lead regular site safety inspections and internal HSE audits to proactively address unsafe acts and conditions: HSE audits on regular basis, 30 to 40% of field trips 
7. Formulate HSE strategy, goal, and KPI management 
8. Conduct risk assessment and management 
9. Lead investigations for any accidents, injuries, or Near-Misses, determine root causes (RCA), and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)
10. Track, analyze, and report key HSE performance indicators (KPIs)
11. ISO system operation 
12. Report to Head of HSE and Plant Manager

1. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Safety Engineering, Environmental Science, Chemical Engineering, or a related technical discipline
2. +10 yrs experiences in manufacturing sites - 안전, 보건, 환경 관리
3. Especially hands-on HSE experience within Manufacturing, Oil & Gas, Construction, or Chemical sectors. 
4. Cross functional collaboration 
5. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, proficiency in accident investigation methodologies
6. Proficiency in English for international reporting
