Position Summary
 
This position is responsible for semiconductor robot analysis, qualification, assembly, and testing activities according to production and delivery requirements. The role ensures that repaired robots and modules meet defined quality standards, technical specifications, and customer delivery schedules.
 
[Key Responsibilities]
1. Production Plan
Execution Perform robot analysis and qualification activities based on shipment volume and delivery plan.
Monitor work progress and proactively communicate potential delays, technical issues, or capacity constraints 
.
2. Robot Analysis & Troubleshooting
Perform technical analysis and troubleshooting of robots according to defined procedures and identify the abnormalities by using controllers.
Determine the required repair items based on analysis results.
Document findings, failure symptoms, root causes, and outer appearance condition accurately.
Escalate complex or unresolved technical issues to the supervisor 

3. Robot assembly & Qualification
Assemble robot modules and complete robots according to work instructions 
Perform robot qualification according to test procedures and work instructions by using controllers.  
Execute functional, mechanical, and performance tests to verify robot condition after repair.
Evaluate qualification results and ensure robots meet defined acceptance criteria before delivery.
 
 4. Workplace Organization & ISO
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment according to 5S/6S principles.
Ensure tools, fixtures, equipment, and materials are returned to their designated locations after daily work. Maintain operational and technical documentation according to ASYS, customer, and ISO requirements 
Calibration tools according to the company rules.

[Qualifications & Requirements]
Basic knowledge of measuring tools and hand tools. 
Good analytical and problem-solving skills. 
Basic English communication and technical reading skills. 
Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office, such as excel and PPT. 
Basic knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems is preferred.  
Hands-on experience with mechanical assembly, troubleshooting, repair, or testing is preferred.
