Integrates strategic supply chain planning with hands-on logistics management to ensure operational 
excellence for Footwear.  
Manage the full spectrum of import logistics and compliance (KFDA/Customs) through effective coordination with global vendors and 3PL partners.


-Lead supply planning, inventory management, and PO/supply coordination with global HQ, vendors, and factories.
-Oversee end-to-end import logistics, customs clearance, regulatory compliance, and freight coordination with 3PL partners.
-Monitor inventory health, shelf-life/SLOB, lead times, supplier performance, and inbound/outbound accuracy to mitigate supply risks.
-Drive cross-functional collaboration with Merchandising, Retail, Warehouse, and global stakeholders, supported by data-driven reporting and analysis.
-Identify and implement cost-saving and process improvement initiatives across landed cost, duties, S&OP, SAP workflows, and supplier KPIs.

-Min. 7 years of experience in Supply Planning, Inventory Management, Import/Export Logistics, or related SCM functions.
-Experience in industries requiring strict inventory, shelf-life, or regulatory management is highly preferred.
-Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and hands-on experience with SAP or equivalent ERP systems.
-Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable supply chain strategies.
-Good communication and interpersonal skills both in Korean and English
