Leads Retail, E-commerce, Merchandising, and Marketing functions, with accountability for sales delivery and commercial execution. Integrates product, stores, customer experience, and digital channels to deliver sustainable business results in the Korean market as the commercial leader.

Requirements
15+ years of experience in luxury, fashion, or premium retail
Proven leadership across Retail, E-commerce, Merchandising, and Marketing
Strong track record of driving commercial performance
Deep understanding of direct-to-consumer business models
Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
Fluency in English (written and spoken)
Japanese language proficiency is highly preferred
