[ Main Tasks ]

■ Quality Process Review and Continuous Improvement

1. Analyze quality indicators to provide strategic insights for quality enhancement.
2. Identify improvement tasks through analysis of metrics to increase product and service reliability.
3. Ensure compliance with domestic and international legal and regulatory requirements.

■ Customs Clearance and Licensing Management

1. Manage all inspection processes for import, customs clearance, production, and shipment to maintain quality standards.
2. Manage product classification compliance based on MFDS(Ministry of Food and Drug Safety) and KCS(Korea Customs Service) laws and regulations.
3. Develop and improve pre- and post-processes to enhance efficiency.
4. Oversee domestic and international licensing tasks, including legal training compliance and monitoring of regulations and requirements.

■ VOC Claims, Quality Issue Management, and Audit Response

1. Investigate customer claims and establish effective countermeasures.
2. Respond to internal and external audits, collaborating with departments to strengthen quality standards.
3. Ensure regulatory compliance and implement corrective actions based on audit reports.

■ Supplier Management and Quality Evaluation System Development

1. Assess supplier qualifications and maintain sustainable partnerships.
2. Conduct regular audits and performance evaluations of suppliers.
3. Develop and maintain programs to improve supplier quality.

■ Contribution to Organizational Goals & Team Management

1. Support strategic quality management projects.
2. Collaborate with management to undertake additional tasks aligned with company goals.
3. Motivate team members and provide feedback to achieve KPIs.

1. Education: Bachelor's degree or higher
2. Gender: No preference
3. Experience: Minimum 10 years in a similar role

[ Required competencies ]

1. Proficiency in English at an intermediate to advanced level is required.
2. Proficient in using MS Office.
3. Strong knowledge and proficiency in food quality and safety regulations.
4. Strong skills in document writing and data analysis.
5. Ability to identify root causes and proactively propose effective solutions.
6. Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with other departments.

2. Proven track record in imported food compliance and procedures.
3. Experienced in quality management across various industries (production, manufacturing, Non-Food sectors)
4. Experienced in setting medium- to long-term goals and resolving improvement tasks
