Account Management

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with assigned major accounts.
• Act as the primary contact for customers and manage ongoing customer relationships.
• Drive retention, penetration and conversion business.
• Manage account strategy, contract renewals, and compliance.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
• Conduct prospecting, customer meetings, and other sales activities.
• Develop proposals and presentations to secure new business.
• Maintain and develop a robust sales pipeline.
• Collaborate with Operations, Customer Service, and Global Account teams.
• Coordinate internal resources to support service quality and customer satisfaction.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in related field. MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of sales experience in international express, logistics, or supply chain industry
• Strong understanding of logistics and supply chain management concepts, with the ability to articulate UPS's value proposition to customers.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities, with experience in leading and motivating a sales team to drive results.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze sales data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) for sales tracking and reporting.
