1. Lead annual budgeting, rolling forecasts, and mid-term planning (MTP)
2. Define key financial assumptions (sales, margin, OPEX) by channel / category
3. Identify risks and opportunities, and proactively adjust forecasts
4. Oversee monthly financial closing and variance analysis (vs. FP / forecast / LY)
5. Provide actionable insights on sales, gross margin, and SG&A performance
6. Drive profitability analysis by channel, product mix, and customer segment
7. Lead preparation and submission of reporting packages to HQ
8. Ensure compliance with global reporting standards and timelines
9. Act as main counterpart for HQ (e.g., Japan/Regional Finance)
10. Support strategic decisions (pricing, investment, inventory, channel strategy)
11. Lead financial modeling and scenario analysis (e.g., FX, demand, cost impact)
12. Support KPI setting and provide financial guidance to business functions
13. Strengthen finance capabilities across non-finance functions
14. Improve forecasting accuracy and reporting efficiency
15. Drive automation and standardization (Excel templates)
16. Enhance end-to-end FP&A processes

Education & Experience

1. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
2. 7–15 years of FP&A / Finance experience
3. Proven experience in leading cross-functional projects and initiatives
4. Experience in retail / consumer industry preferred

Technical Skills

1. Strong financial modeling and analytical capabilities
2. Advanced Excel skills (mandatory)
3. Deep understanding of P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow

Leadership & Communication Skills

1. Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
2. Ability to communicate complex financial concepts clearly
3. Fluent in Korean & English (HQ communication required)
