- SALES

• Translate financial top-line targets into category- and typology-level sales plans across Full Price and Markdown channels, including Budget and Forecast cycles.
• Develop sales forecasts and monitor key merchandising KPIs to identify gaps, risks, and opportunities.
• Provide forward-looking sales insights and support regular forecast updates based on business performance.
• Coordinate and align sales plans and strategic directions with MD, Finance, Retail, and WW Planning.
• Prepare category-level sales plans for new store openings and other business requirements, in alignment with GMM and MD.

 
- BUY
     1. Align OTB and buying investment with local sales plans and WW product strategies.
     2. Monitor OTB utilization and order status, highlighting key investment gaps and opportunities.
         Align buying results and orders with MD and WW Planning to support sales target achievement in               line with merchandising strategies.
 
- STOCK

• Manage rolling sales and purchase forecasts based on the latest sales trends and actual orders.
• Monitor inventory outlook and identify key risks, gaps, and required actions.
• Align inventory plans with MD, Finance, and SCM to support timely business actions.

 
- BUSINESS ANALYSIS / OTHERS

• Provide product-level analysis for business meetings and management discussions.
• Support merchandising sales planning for store openings, refurbishments, and other business requirements.

• 8+ years relevant experience
• Merchandise / Sales / Commercial Planning 경험
• Sales Forecast + OTB + Buying + Inventory에 대한 End-to-End 이해
• Financial Target을 Category/Product Plan으로 전환할 수 있는 역량
• Strong numerical & analytical skills
• Excellent Excel skills
• Strong Retail / Merchandising Business Insight
• Fluent Korean & English
