A leading global company is seeking a Head of Marketing & Retail Support to lead its Marketing and Retail Support function in Korea.
This role is responsible for driving market growth, profitability, customer engagement, and commercial strategy, covering product marketing, key accounts, retail support, and new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute product, pricing, promotion, and portfolio strategies
• Lead market/competitor analysis and identify new business opportunities
• Develop Key Account Management strategies and support major B2B customers
• Lead marketing communication, product launches, events, and digital initiatives
• Develop Retail/Dealer Support and Used Equipment/Remarketing strategies
• Drive Special Application, Attachment, and other new business opportunities
• Collaborate with Regional Asia and Global teams
• Lead and develop the Marketing & Retail Support organization

Qualifications

• 15–20+ years of relevant experience
• Experience in Construction Equipment, Heavy/Industrial Equipment, Commercial Vehicle, or related industries
• Strong experience in Marketing, Commercial, Sales, or Product Strategy
• Dealer/Retail Network and B2B business experience preferred
• Proven People Management & Leadership experience
• Experience in a global/matrix organization
• Fluent English communication skills
