- Maintain and check an inventory of all activities involving the processing of personal information
- Monitor current personal information processing activities regularly and guide the relevant functional departments within business partners to handle the privacy data in compliance of local laws, GDPR, regulations, directives and internal policies
- Monitor and inspect business partners who handle personal information on a regular basis
- Contribute to the correction, prevention and timely handling of potential personal information breaches
- Draft, review, implement and manage various documents (i.e. data protection plans) required by PIPA or other related local laws, GDPR, regulations, directives and internal policies
- Draft, amend, review, implement and manage Directives, internal policies and guidelines related to Data Protection
- Plan and provide the data privacy awareness-related trainings assisting CPO on a regular basis
- Cooperate and communicate with data protection related authorities
- Coordination of Data Protection incidents
- Collaborate with IT to maintain records of all data assets and exports, and maintaini a data privacy and security incident management plan to ensure timely remediation of incidents including impact assessments, security breach response, complaints, claims or notifications, respond to regulatory agencies. 
- Support Business departments for classification of Personal Information including its retention period together with IT
- Provide advice/assistance to ensure proper management of the life cycle of existing Personal Information together with IT
- Perform a regualr data life cycle review and destruction of documents contain Personal Information together with IT
- Ensure system documentation in relevant repositories kept up-to-date together with IT
