1. Allocation Strategy & Execution Leadership

• Lead the development of annual and seasonal allocation strategies, translating regional inventory and financial plans into actionable door-level execution plans.
• Manage product receipt flows and timing in alignment with sales trends, promotional calendars, and store cluster strategies.
• Determine target class penetration mixes and initial season projections to balance full-price sell-through and inventory productivity.
• Oversee and optimize door profiles based on store potential, consumer demographics, and strategic role.
• Champion the adoption of AI-powered forecasting and allocation tools to improve accuracy and efficiency.

2. Inventory Management & Performance Optimization

• Own key inventory KPIs including Weeks of Supply (WOS), inventory turn, and stock-to-sales ratios.
• Lead monthly forecast reviews and analyze ST% and sales-to-stock performance to provide recommendations on allocation and replenishment.
• Partner with Merchandising to apply regional product rankings and optimize assortments across stores.

3. Strategic Cross-Functional Partnership

• Partner with the Merchandising Lead to align allocation plans with buying strategies and in-season trading decisions.
• Collaborate with the Planning Lead to ensure financial and unit plans are executable.
• Work closely with Logistics/Distribution leadership to coordinate shipments, manage receipt flows, and resolve supply chain issues.
• Act as the key point of accountability for Allocation in the country, partnering with Merchandising, Planning, Logistics, and Retail.

4. Team Leadership & Capability Development

• Lead, coach, and develop Allocation Managers and Associates.
• Build leadership capabilities through structured coaching, feedback, and development plans.
• Establish standardized allocation processes, tools, and best practices.
• Strengthen the team's use of data and analytics to translate complex information into actionable business insights.

5. Change Leadership & Process Excellence

• Drive adoption of new allocation methodologies, systems, AI and machine-learning solutions.
• Lead process improvement and strategic transformation projects within Allocation.
• Establish governance standards for system maintenance, data integrity, and operational execution.

6. Performance Accountability & Business Impact

• Own performance across the entire allocation lifecycle, from initial receipt through in-season management and final clearance.
• Monitor KPIs including FP ST%, discount rates, and lost sales.
• Identify performance gaps and implement corrective actions.
• Provide data-driven performance reports and strategic insights to senior leadership.

• Minimum 10–12 years of progressive experience in Allocation, Inventory Management, or Supply Chain Planning within Retail, Fashion, or Luxury.
• At least 5 years of leadership experience managing teams.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Merchandising, Finance, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• Strong expertise in allocation principles, inventory analytics, and in-season trading.
• Strong understanding of retail mathematics including IMU, GM%, AUR, Sell-through, WOS and Stock-to-Sales.
• Experience with allocation/planning systems such as MFP, JDA or similar platforms.
• Strong understanding of the end-to-end product lifecycle from Planning and Buying through Distribution and Retail execution.
• Proven people-management and cross-functional stakeholder-management capabilities.

• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
• Advanced proficiency with enterprise allocation and planning platforms
• Experience with or strong interest in AI/ML-driven forecasting, automation and predictive analytics
