[ 담당업무 ]

• Lead, coach, and motivate a team of Clinical Sales Specialists / Territory Managers to achieve sales targets.
• Develop and execute sales strategies across assigned territories in South Korea.
• Drive business growth within the Structural Heart / Transcatheter Heart Valve market.
• Manage channel business partners within the assigned territory.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with cardiologists, clinical teams, hospitals, and other key stakeholders.
• Support team members in complex selling situations and strategic account development.
• Directly engage with key customers and identify new business opportunities.
• Monitor market trends, customer needs, and the competitive landscape.
• Drive execution of short- and mid-term commercial plans

[ 자격조건 ]

• Bachelor's degree or above in a relevant field.
• 10+ years of experience in the medical device industry, with strong commercial/sales experience.
• 2+ years of proven sales management and people leadership experience within the South Korean medical device market.
• Strong track record of achieving sales targets and developing sales teams.
• Experience in Structural Heart, Cardiology, Cardiovascular, Cardiac Surgery, or Implantable Medical Devices is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of hospital-based medical device sales and key account management.
• Ability to build trusted relationships with healthcare professionals and key decision-makers.
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced and evolving business environment.
