• Cash Management : Monitor and manage cash availability and cash flow forecasts.
• Overdue AR Management : Prepare and analyse weekly and monthly AR collection and overdue reports; contribute to achieving Operational Working Capital (OWC) targets. 
• Cash Optimization : Identify opportunities for cash generation through continuous financial analysis, benchmarking, and internal comparisons.
• Financial Target Monitoring : Lead monthly follow-up and reporting on key financial indicators including EBITDA / Operational Working Capital / ROCE ; oversee specific action plans as needed.
• Variance Analysis :  analyse performance against budget and forecast, identifying and reporting on key derivations. 
• Credit Risk Monitoring : Oversee credit exposure and manage credit risk. 
• Financial reports preparation: present various monthly reports including such sales report, fixed cost report and make sure month-end closing smoothly.
• General Meeting of Stockholders (yearly) : Support the preparation and documentation of the annual general meeting of stockholders, ensuring compliance with corporate governance requirements.
• Compliance & Internal Controls : Ensure compliance with group rules, policies, and Code of Ethics, particularly in the areas of internal controls, segregation of duties, and metal management.

Ad hoc Duties : Perform other tasks and special projects as assigned by the controlling team leader.

Education / Experience

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Accounting/Finance or equivalent; 
• At least 5-years or above related experience in multi-national company;

 
Specific knowledge

• Knowledge in budget/forecast report fields, 
• Be familiar with ERP system (i.e. SAP, HFM, Hyperion etc.)
• Fluent oral and written English for daily communications;
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint;
• Highly motivated, self-starter, confident, able to work with limited supervision;
• Ability to work well in team environment and to perform under pressure/tight deadlines;
• Problem solver with service attitude, willing to adapt for internal and external client’s need;
