A leading global / multinational cosmetics company is seeking an experienced leader to head its Global Strategic Marketing organization.
This is a senior leadership opportunity focused on driving international marketing, product planning, and business development for global B2B clients.
Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Global Strategic Marketing organization
• Develop and execute marketing strategies for global cosmetics clients
• Lead product planning and portfolio development based on global market and consumer trends
• Drive business development and new business opportunities with overseas clients
• Develop strategic proposals and customized solutions for global clients
• Lead cross-functional collaboration across countries and organizations
• Oversee key global projects and drive successful execution

Requirements

• 15+ years of relevant professional experience
• 10+ years of experience in the beauty/cosmetics industry
• Current Team Leader level or above, with proven experience leading an organization or major strategic projects
• Strong understanding of global cosmetics markets, brands, and products
• Proven experience in marketing, product planning, business development, or strategic proposals for overseas clients
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across diverse countries and organizations
• Strong customer-oriented mindset suited to a B2B business environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with global / multinational cosmetics companies or global beauty brands
• International work experience or extensive collaboration with global organizations
• Product planning experience across skincare, makeup, personal care, or related categories
• Experience leading global new product development or innovation projects
