1. Drive and Shape the Business
● Develop and implement local Company-Owned Retail strategies aligned with global guidelines and regional objectives, driving sustainable growth and profitability across all store formats
● Act as a key liaison between stores and cross-functional corporate groups (Finance, Marketing, Merchandising, etc.), representing the territory at regional meetings and ensuring effective communication and collaboration
● Translate broader business strategies into actionable initiatives for the assigned territory and ensure consistent execution across stores

2. Operational Tasks
● Monitor and analyze daily sales reports, KPIs, and operational metrics across all stores in the territory, taking immediate action on urgent issues or opportunities
● Conduct regular store visits (minimum 2 per week) to assess operations, coach staff, and ensure compliance with company standards and procedures
● Manage inventory levels, product mix, and visual merchandising standards across all stores to optimize sales and customer experience
● Oversee staffing levels, scheduling, and training across stores to ensure optimal coverage, efficiency, and consistent delivery of premium customer service

3. Territorial Coverage and Span of Control
● Responsible for managing all Company-Owned Retail operations within an assigned territory
● Typical span of control includes 13~15 stores, depending on geographical spread and store size
● Expected to travel regularly within the territory to maintain hands-on oversight of all locations

4. Stewardship and International Collaboration
● Interaction with Global Retail and Regional Retail teams and participation in international working teams
● Implementation of company-wide retail standards and Compliance Management within the assigned organization

● Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field
● 5+ years of experience in multi-site retail management, preferably in the premium goods sector
● Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into action
● Excellent leadership and coaching abilities, with experience managing diverse teams
● Strategic thinker with a consumer-first mindset and deep understanding of retail operations
● Strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to influence across all levels of the organization
● Proficiency in retail management systems and MS Office suite
● English proficiency requirements for the position
● Willingness to travel regularly within the assigned territory
