1. Strategic Planning and Execution

• Develop and manage marketing strategies for SciGen products
• Maximize budget efficiency and return on investment (ROI)
• Lead product launch planning and develop campaigns and sales materials
• Monitor portfolio performance and identify opportunities for improvement
• Analyze market trends and competitive landscapes
• Support marketing plans for new and existing products, including market research, sales forecasting, and pricing strategies

2. Customer Engagement and Market Intelligence

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs), healthcare professionals, and key stakeholders in oncology/hematology
• Develop an in-depth understanding of the Korean market
• Collect, analyze, and interpret market intelligence and industry trends
• Identify opportunities and risks through analysis of competitor activities and customer needs

3. Product Promotion

• Effectively communicate product features and benefits to healthcare professionals, including oncologists, pharmacists, and other relevant stakeholders

4. Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with Sales, Medical, and other relevant functions to ensure smooth execution of marketing strategies and sales activities
• Lead key tasks and projects to ensure portfolio success and readiness for new product launches

5. Sales and Marketing Coordination

• Collaborate with sales teams to develop effective sales strategies and tools
• Plan and execute scientific marketing campaigns, including symposiums and webinars
• Develop training materials and conduct training sessions for Medical Representatives

6. Educational Support

• Organize and participate in scientific meetings, congresses, and seminars
• Provide scientific information and product education to healthcare professionals

7. Compliance

• Ensure all activities are conducted in compliance with company policies, applicable regulations, and ethical standards

Job Requirements:

• Entry-level university graduates are eligible
  1. For fresh graduates, majors in Pharmacy, Biology, Biotechnology, or other Life Sciences are preferred
• Candidates with less than 3 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry are eligible
  1. Less than 3 years of experience in marketing or strategy/consulting within the pharmaceutical industry
  2. Less than 3 years of experience in oncology, hematology, or a related therapeutic area
  3. Prior experience in sales or marketing related to prostate cancer is considered a strong advantage
• Experience in global multinational pharmaceutical companies or leading local pharmaceutical companies is preferred
• Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or a related field
   (Master’s or PhD degree is a plus)
• Experience: Candidates with less than 3 years of total experience are preferred

• Fluency in both written and spoken English
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
