ㆍEnsure product designs comply with applicable regulatory, quality, and safety requirements, and that products conform to approved design specifications
ㆍSupport the full product design lifecycle by developing customer-oriented sealing solutions using Computer-Aided Design (CAD), Finite Element Analysis (FEA), and innovative materials
ㆍAnalyze and predict potential failure modes, incorporate test and simulation feedback, and recommend design improvements to enhance product performance and reliability
ㆍReview and interpret customer specifications, technical requirements, and application conditions to determine suitable product designs that meet customer needs
ㆍPrepare product drawings and technical documentation to define product configuration, dimensions, materials, and other required design details
ㆍPrepare and maintain accurate design data required for prototype development, production preparation, and efficient manufacturing processes
ㆍSupport product qualification testing by coordinating test requests, reviewing test results, and ensuring that products meet defined performance requirements
ㆍEnsure design data provided to Process Development and Production is accurate, complete, up to date, and suitable for manufacturing implementation
ㆍSupport the preparation, maintenance, and control of documentation required for quality standards, customer audits, and internal compliance purposes
ㆍContribute to continuous improvement of product development processes by incorporating feedback, identifying improvement opportunities, and implementing best practices
ㆍEnsure product development activities are performed in accordance with applicable quality standards, regulatory requirements, and relevant industry practices
ㆍSupport the implementation of innovative technologies and materials in product development activities to strengthen the company’s technical capabilities
ㆍCollaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, Process Development, Production, Quality, Sales, and other relevant functions, to ensure seamless integration of product designs into manufacturing processes

자격요건
· Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, or a related engineering field
· Fresh graduates and candidates with up to 5 years of relevant experience are welcome to apply
· English proficiency
· Willingness to collaborate effectively with multinational teams
· Willingness and ability to learn CAD and FEA tools for product design and analysis

우대사항
·Experience or strong interest in product development within a manufacturing environment, including participation in engineering or product-related projects
·Basic project coordination skills or experience supporting product development or engineering projects
·Basic knowledge of the semiconductor segment and/or materials such as plastics and elastomers is preferred
·Business-level English proficiency sufficient to understand technical documents and communicate in a multinational work environment
